IPL 2020: AB de Villiers Names The RCB Teammate Who Reminds Him Of His Younger Days

Before this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL), the star of the Royal Challengers (Bangalore) AB de Villiers named his teammates, which reminded him of the early days of his game. The former South African captain is one of today’s greatest stars and is undoubtedly one of the most destructive cricket players in the history of the game.

He proved himself in various game forms and achieved results on a global scale. His performance in IPL is equally impressive. Since he joined the franchise in 2011, the legendary batsman has been the backbone of RCB. If you believe his recent comments, then RCB will get another hitter with great potential.

In a recent interview with RCB, AB de Villiers appointed a batter who has many similarities to him. He said he saw a lot of himself in the young Australian batsman Josh Philippe.

“In this version, we will have some world leaders. We will have Vinci, Moen Ali, Adam Zampa and Josh Philip. I look forward to establishing contact with Josh, and I discovered how he played when he was young There are many similarities.” AB de Villiers said.

“The four people who join us will increase the team we have created here. This is a very special team environment. I am excited for Josh. I watched him play for the Sydney 76ers. He took the new ball. He was A very talented player, I heard that Gilchrist really said some good things to him,” he added.

Phillipe is currently one of Australia’s most acclaimed young people. The 23-year-old goalkeeper-batsman has not yet participated in international cricket matches, but has shown his potential in the “Blockbuster League”.
Earlier this year, he starred in the final to help the Sydney 76ers win the BBL. Philippe was hit with 29 balls on 52 in a game, but reduced to 12 on each side. He scored 487 times with an average of over 37 points and an average strike rate of 130 times.
