Pakistan-Australian cricketer Fawad Ahmed (Fawad Ahmed) tested positive for the novel coronavirus, tonight in the Pakistan Premier League (PSL) between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators The game has been rescheduled.

Ahmed’s privilege, Islamabad United, was affirmed on Twitter.

PCB said that the teammates of the positive players have been retested and their results are negative.

According to the PCB agreement, Ahmed will remain isolated until he returns two negative results within 10 days.

Tonight’s game was originally scheduled to be held at 7pm. It was originally rescheduled to 9pm, but it has since been completely cancelled and will now be held tomorrow.

To avoid the outbreak of the virus during PSL in 2021, the Pakistan Cricket Committee has created a biosafety bubble and stipulated that all contestants must clear multiple rounds of Covid-19 testing.

However, there was a bubble bursting incident last week. Peshawar Zalmi’s head coach Darren Sammy and captain Wahab Riaz were not knowing. Juezhong met with team owner Javed Afridi, who was not part of the bubble.

The two were briefly isolated before being accused of boycotting the threat of the franchise and then restored-PCB denies this.
