Multan Sultans Vs Lahore Qalandars
On Friday, the Sultan Multan Sultan ended Lahore Kalandal’s undefeated record and successfully chased their 158 goal, which included seven wickets and three more goals.
The sultan was won by the gorgeous third-wicket partnership of Mohammad Rizwan and Sohaib Maqsood.
The Sudanese lost the opener Chris Lynn and James Vince at the beginning of the game, but Rizwan made sure that the early wicket would not hinder his chances of victory.
When Maqsood joined Rizwan to enter the third wicket, Sudan further consolidated control of the game.
Both batsmen scored for half a century. In the 15th game, Magsoud ended the game with 61 non-eliminations, and Rizwan withdrew with 76.
If they seized the opportunity, Lahore could have put pressure on Multan. They gave Mohammad Rizwan a chance to play three games in the form of his life.
For Lahore, Shaheen Shah Afridi chose two wickets, and Samit Patel got the wicket as early as possible in the game.
Earlier, Lahore Qalandars set the Multan Sudanese goal at 158 based on Mohammad Hafeez’s 30 goals and 60 goals.
The situation for Qalandars was out of control. After pressure from Multan bowlers, the team lost the opener early.
However, Hafez and Joe Danley saved their side. But once the two lost the goal, it would be difficult for Lahore to end the game with 157/6.
For Multan, Shatanawaz Dahani and Carlos Brathwaite got two wickets, and Usman Qadir, who was kicking the ball, also got one wicket.
The ball-by-ball update of the game is shown below.
